Two layers, never confused
Cases are real animals: images with signalment, site, sample type, and how the diagnosis was confirmed. Atypical presentations are flagged, not hidden. Profiles are what the literature says about an entity: where it occurs and how often, which species and ages, key features and look-alikes, every claim tied to its sources. Search ranks on profiles; images are evidence, not votes.
